Level 2 Clinician

About the role

Reporting to their direct Supervisor, the Level 2 Clinician will provide exemplary clinical care (evaluations, treatments, documentation, and professional communication), as well as assist Supervisors with staff development, management support and liaison, administrative tasks, and clinical supervision/mentoring of staff and students.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' previous experience as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
• Greater than two years' experience working at Emerson Health
• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
• BLS certification within four months of hire
• Current license to practice physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech pathology in Massachusetts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology program
• Committed to Service Excellence and customer satisfaction
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong leadership, training, and mentorship abilities required

• Sound judgment for all duties
• Courteous and professional manner when dealing with people in person and on the phone
• Ability to prioritize workload and respond to urgent needs
