Level 1 and 2 Swim Instructor

About the role

SwimLabs Swim School is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic people to join our team. We teach lessons to all ages and abilities in a unique environment of warm-water pools using visual feedback. We are looking to add learn-to-swim instructors as well as coaches with a strong background in competitive swimming to our award winning swim school. We will provide training on our proprietary SwimLabs curriculum so you can teach lessons to all ages and abilities, including group and private lessons.

Training and support

• We compensate you for the training hours—online and shadowing.
• We will reimburse you for your initial successful lifeguard certification course.

Commitment required

We ask you to commit to teaching a minimum of two weeknights (4-8pm) and one weekend (9am-1pm).

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
