Level 1 and 2 Swim Instructor

About the role

Are you looking for an awesome opportunity to share your love and passion for swimming? Do you want to make a difference in the community and teach a life saving skill? SwimLabs Swim School is looking for a few enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic people to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Teach lessons to all ages and abilities in a unique environment of warm-water pools using visual feedback.
• Teach group and private lessons.
• Compensated for training hours—online and shadowing.
• Reimbursed for initial successful lifeguard certification course.
• Commit to teaching a minimum of two weeknights (4-8pm) and one weekend (9am-1pm).
• Have a welcoming, bright personality, professional appearance, be very well organized, punctual, and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Be dependable and help run the business.

Requirements

• Swimming: 1 year (preferred)
• Lifeguard Certification, or willing/able to obtain
