About the role
This position is located on-site at the University of Michigan-Flint campus. The role requires a fully onsite presence, which is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan. Hybrid or mobile/remote work modes are at the discretion of the hiring department and are reviewed annually.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and teaching activities as assigned
- Participate in departmental and university committees as needed
- Maintain professional development and engagement with the academic community
Requirements
- PhD in relevant field required
- Experience in higher education preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
