Position Summary The Lending Associate provides operational and member service support for Wellby's consumer and mortgage loan portfolios. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting members with loan servicing needs, processing routine servicing transactions, maintaining accurate loan records, and supporting the day-to-day administration of consumer and mortgage loans. The role supports the accuracy, quality, and timely processing of loan servicing activities while helping ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Working closely with team members across the lending function, the Lending Associate contributes to the efficient servicing of loan accounts and the delivery of a positive member experience.

This is a Part-Time, Hourly (non-exempt) role.
