About the role

Operate converting equipment to produce orders to schedule and specification in a non-exempt, hourly production role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple converting machinery: Band Saw, Perforator, Sealer 2000, Sheeter
• Troubleshoot machinery and make adjustments as needed
• Prepare goods for shipping using various equipment
• Label finished goods and place on pallets
• Perform quality control checks
• Read tape measure and ensure detailed, timely work
• Use PPE as required and maintain good housekeeping
• Perform related tasks as requested by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience is helpful
• No travel required
• Ability to work in varying temperatures above 95 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs
• Basic computer and math skills
