Leisure Travel Agent

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is hiring a Leisure Travel Agent to support traveler requests, reservations, itinerary details, supplier follow-up, and accurate service delivery. This role focuses on travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support for someone who can maintain accuracy while progressing work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leisure travel tasks including travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.
• Review traveler names, dates, routing, booking details, confirmations, and service notes for accuracy.
• Handle routine reservation or itinerary updates and keep travelers informed of next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teammates, travel suppliers, or service partners to obtain or confirm necessary information.
• Maintain complete booking, itinerary, customer, and follow-up records in the company’s shared systems.
• Escalate complex fare, schedule, payment, or service issues with clear context for quick resolution.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort learning reservation systems, itinerary tools, CRM, spreadsheets, and email workflows.
• Careful attention to names, dates, prices, confirmations, and travel details.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple open traveler requests without missing deadlines or documentation.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$54,000 - $63,000 per year
