Legal Unit Supervisor
Job Description and Duties
The Attorney Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of Attorneys responsible for interpreting and enforcing provisions of employment and labor law compliance and enforcement across the state. They plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work of the Labor Commissioner Office’s legal staff, including attorneys, legal analysts, and other legal support staff. They also help oversee the day-to-day operations of the Legal Office and assist the Assistant Chief Counsel.
Minimum Requirements
You must meet the Minimum Requirements as outlined in the Class Specification. These requirements typically include a Juris Doctor degree, relevant experience, and sometimes specific certifications or licenses.
