Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and legal support to internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Review, prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents while identifying and resolving document-related issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and meeting quality standards.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, administrative teams, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and effective communication.
- Support workflow improvements by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and taking initiative to resolve operational issues.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities, to manage data, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, Legal Executive Assistant, or similar legal support role with extensive hands-on experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing requests effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; expert-level Microsoft Excel skills are highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail with proven experience reviewing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Able to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and take initiative in resolving challenges.
- Experience handling confidential information with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive, dependable, and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
