Legal Subject Matter Expert

For our client, we are seeking a Legal Subject Matter Expert to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on legal review, regulatory compliance, and the documentation needed to support data sharing relationships in a complex operational environment. The position will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure legal requirements are met and partner governance obligations are properly documented. The successful candidate will bring strong contract analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a practical approach to helping the organization complete critical legal work efficiently.
