Legal Subject Matter Expert – remote 1099 contractor position.
Requirements
- JD or LLM (active bar membership is a plus)
- 10–20 years of experience in the legal field (e.g., private practice, in‑house counsel, legal research)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with legal frameworks such as corporate law, compliance, contracts, or IP
- Familiarity with legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, Westlaw, LexisNexis) preferred
- Exposure to AI, data annotation, or prompt engineering is a plus
- Must have an active Gmail account to complete the required assessment
- Must complete the candidate registration form to be considered
