Legal Domain Expert – Environmental & Natural Resources Law (USA) Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced U.S. Legal Domain Experts specialising in Environmental & Natural Resources Law to support legal research, analysis, and evaluation activities involving U.S. federal and state environmental and natural resources laws.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of U.S. environmental regulations, natural resources legislation, regulatory frameworks, and legal research methodologies, with the ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide accurate, well-supported legal responses. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed legal research on U.S. Environmental & Natural Resources Law.Analyse federal and state environmental statutes, regulations, case law, and administrative decisions.Research and interpret laws relating to environmental protection, natural resources, land use, conservation, and regulatory compliance.Evaluate legal questions and provide clear, accurate, and well-reasoned responses.Identify and reference relevant statutes, regulations, judicial decisions, agency guidance, and other authoritative legal sources.Review legal scenarios and assess applicable environmental and natural resources laws.Analyse regulatory requirements issued by relevant U.S. federal and state agencies.Assist with legal content evaluation, annotation, classification, and quality assessment.Identify jurisdiction-specific differences and explain how applicable laws may vary across U.S. states.Maintain a high level of accuracy, consistency, and legal reasoning across assigned tasks.
