Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Lateral Recruitment team on all aspects of lateral associate and counsel hiring
  • Create candidate files and maintain profiles in the recruiting database
  • Schedule interviews and arrange logistics in connection with interviews
  • Interface with candidates and attorneys at the firm
  • Process invoices and reimbursements
  • Support immigration/visa processing for existing and incoming attorneys
  • Provide support during the summer associate program and on-campus recruitment season
  • Perform other related tasks and provide general departmental support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years related work experience and/or internship, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Availability to work overtime on certain occasions is necessary
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Effective in a team environment, and with a wide range of professionals at all levels
  • Strong written, organizational, and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately

Pay

$60,000-$65,000

Schedule

This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.
