Responsibilities
- Work closely with Lateral Recruitment team on all aspects of lateral associate and counsel hiring
- Create candidate files and maintain profiles in the recruiting database
- Schedule interviews and arrange logistics in connection with interviews
- Interface with candidates and attorneys at the firm
- Process invoices and reimbursements
- Support immigration/visa processing for existing and incoming attorneys
- Provide support during the summer associate program and on-campus recruitment season
- Perform other related tasks and provide general departmental support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years related work experience and/or internship, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Availability to work overtime on certain occasions is necessary
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Effective in a team environment, and with a wide range of professionals at all levels
- Strong written, organizational, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to work quickly and accurately
Pay
$60,000-$65,000
Schedule
This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.
