Responsibilities
- Source and recruit attorneys and legal professionals across all offices using LinkedIn recruiter and Leopard Solutions
- Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate communications
- Maintain applicant tracking systems alongside HR Manager and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring policies
- Work with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements for accurate posting
- Work with HR Manager to facilitate new hires through the onboarding processes including orientation scheduling, documentation, and systems access
- Assist with summer associate program planning and execution
- Support DEI and professional development initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a law firm setting
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in business, law, or related field
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet all deadlines and prioritize workload
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter
