About the role

This position plays a key role in supporting the legal department by managing all aspects of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Prepare and distribute job postings across various channels.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions are provided.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist with reference checks and background investigations.
  • Develop and maintain candidate databases for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance and best practices in recruitment.
  • Experience with legal recruiting and understanding of legal terminology is a plus.
