About the role
This position plays a key role in supporting the legal department by managing all aspects of the recruitment process.Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Prepare and distribute job postings across various channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure accurate job descriptions are provided.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with reference checks and background investigations.
- Develop and maintain candidate databases for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of legal compliance and best practices in recruitment.
- Experience with legal recruiting and understanding of legal terminology is a plus.
