Legal Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit attorneys and legal professionals across all offices using LinkedIn recruiter and Leopard Solutions
  • Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate communications
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems alongside HR Manager and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring policies
  • Work with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements for accurate posting
  • Work with HR Manager to facilitate new hires through the onboarding processes including orientation scheduling, documentation, and systems access
  • Auxiliary with summer associate program planning and execution
  • Support DEI and professional development initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a law firm setting
  • Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in business, law, or related field
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet all deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter
