Legal Project Specialist
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
Intro paragraph: "Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Legal Project Specialist. This role will report to the Senior Practice Support Manager and provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to attorneys across multiple practice groups and work closely with partners, associates, directors, business development professionals, client relationship managers, paralegals, and legal support staff. This role supports legal projects, portfolio management, client reporting, financial and operational analysis, process improvement initiatives, and legal practice support operations. This position will reside in the San Francisco office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule."
That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section.
Then "Key Responsibilities" list: many bullet points.
Then "Experience/Qualifications" list: bullet points.
Then "Benefits / Why Join Us": paragraph about benefits, then list of benefits.
Then salary range: "For positions in San Francisco, CA, the salary range for this position is: $70,070.00 - $112,093.00. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position" and the firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors."
We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does give a salary range. So we can include Pay section with that range. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". The text includes some explanation but we can keep the substantive range and maybe note that it's determined during interview etc. That's substantive.
Schedule: The posting mentions "This position will reside in the San Francisco office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence.
Benefits: we have a Benefits section with list.
Qualifications vs Experience: The posting has "Experience/Qualifications". We could split into Experience and Qualifications? But we have headings: Experience/Qualifications maybe combine? The allowed headings list includes Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Experience/Qualifications content. Could treat as Qualifications (or Experience). Since we have both experience and qualifications listed, we could put under Qualifications. Or we could have Experience and Qualifications separate but not required. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can choose which to include. We have responsibilities, qualifications (including experience), skills (maybe separate), benefits, pay, schedule. We also have maybe "Requirements" but we have qualifications covering that. We could include Requirements as well but we don't have separate requirements list; qualifications cover.
Skills: The posting mentions skills like Microsoft Office, iManage, Adobe PDF, etc. Could be a Skills section.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract:
About the role: intro paragraph.
Responsibilities: list of bullet points under "Key Responsibilities". We'll output as - each.
Qualifications: includes education, experience, preferred fields, etc. We'll list bullet points.
Skills: maybe list of software proficiencies: iManage, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, WestLaw, WestLaw Case Notebook, Lexis/Nexis, Relativity, Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, Google Gemini Enterprise, financial reporting tools, advanced Excel, etc. Could be separate.
But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to preserve all substantive info. If we split into Skills, we must ensure we don't lose any info that belongs elsewhere. The qualifications section already includes many of those skills; we could keep them there and not create a separate Skills section to avoid duplication. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. But we have allowed headings; we can include Qualifications and maybe Skills if we have distinct content not covered elsewhere. The qualifications bullet list includes: Bachelor's degree, preferred fields, 2-4 years admin/legal support experience, prior experience in law firm desired, familiarity with iManage, Adobe PDF, demonstrates excellence in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF, excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously, problem solving, strategic thinking, initiative, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks, manage confidential info, understanding of litigation support systems including WestLaw, WestLaw Case Notebook, Lexis/Nexis, Relativity strongly desired, ability to present routine info, ability to read/interpret business docs, write routine business correspondence, speak effectively.
That covers skills. So we can put all that under Qualifications.
Benefits: we have paragraph and list.
Pay: salary range.
Schedule: hybrid in-office/remote.
We should not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
