Legal Professional – Corporate Governance
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports the Office of the Corporate Secretary in the planning and execution of Board meetings and related activities.
- Provides logistical management for Board and Committee meetings.
- Captures, reviews, and stores information for discovery in response to legal matters, including litigation, investigation, and regulatory inquiry.
- Coordinates with and supports internal and external counsel to ensure firm guidelines and protocols are met in collection and reporting activities.
- Manages contract administration for the Office of the Corporate Secretary.
- Drafts correspondence.
- Maintains Board-related records, including minutes, attendance records, meeting materials.
- Maintains and updates files.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- Minimum of 4-7 years experience in Legal.
- Advanced computer skills preferred.
- Ability to coordinate multiple large projects and requests of a complex nature required.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact well with all organizational levels.
- Ability to work in matrix environment and collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution, influence and negotiations skills.
- Maintains a professional presence in highly escalated or adverse situations.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.

Pay
The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location.
Schedule
This role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
