Legal Principal
About The Role
The Principal Legal role provides advanced administrative, operational, and business issue support within the legal department. This role serves as a key resource for attorneys and business stakeholders by creating and managing contract documentation, coordinating workflows, maintaining files, records, databases, and document management systems.
Do You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, paralegal studies, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in legal or business support within the telecommunications industry or another similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract documentation, terminology, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Even Better
- 5+ years of experience in legal support, or business support, for wholesale telecommunications sales or similar sales support experience.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems.

Pay
The starting compensation range for this job is $89,300 to $99,900. Our compensation approach is designed to be fair and competitive. Pay for this role is based on factors such as your experience, skills, education, and location.
