Legal Order Processor (LEGAL012884)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Research and processing of garnishments, levies, and subpoenas.
- Work with legal counsel to process served orders.
- Process manual monthly and daily service charges.
- Process forced account closures.
- Submit monthly interest on lawyer trust accounts to applicable states.
- Answer account verification requests.
- Answer and assist branches regarding processing exceptions and other deposit related questions.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
- Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication Skills: Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers. Ability to perform these mathematical skills using money and other forms of measurement. Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to use common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature. Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Not indicated.
