Corporate & Contracts Paralegal Boston, MA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Pay: $40-55/HR Depending on Experience! Our client, a privately held financial services firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Corporate & Contracts Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal with strong contract experience who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment and wants meaningful exposure to corporate, legal, and operational matters! The ideal candidate will bring experience reviewing and managing contracts, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work directly with outside counsel and internal stakeholders. While a background in corporate or business law is preferred, candidates with broader legal experience and strong contract skills are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Review, draft, and manage a variety of vendor and business agreementsSupport full contract lifecycle – tracking agreements, renewals, obligations, and deadlinesMaintain corporate and entity records and related documentationCoordinate requests, information, and deadlines with outside counselAssist with investor onboarding and due diligence documentationPrepare and organize corporate and legal documents Qualifications: Prior contract review and drafting experienceParalegal experience in a corporate, business, financial services, or similar environment preferredExperience working with corporate documents and entity records is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independentlyComfortable working directly with attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, and internal team membersProfessional, proactive, and adaptable approach in a small-team environment Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a Word document resume to Natalie at: Nsykes@naglergroup.com for immediate consideration!
