Legal Operations & Commercial Contracts Paralegal (Part-Time Engagement)

About the role

Latitude is seeking an experienced Contract Paralegal for a part-time, hybrid in-house engagement supporting the legal department of a sophisticated national organization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, administration, and optimization of the company’s contract lifecycle management platform
• Improve legal intake, contracting workflows, reporting, and operational processes
• Review and coordinate routine commercial agreements in accordance with approved templates and escalation guidelines
• Aid with contract administration, corporate records, compliance tracking, and legal department reporting
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and process guides while supporting user adoption of new legal technologies
• Identify opportunities to streamline legal operations and improve efficiency across the department

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an in-house corporate, commercial, contracts, or legal operations paralegal
• Demonstrated experience implementing, administering, or supporting a CLM or comparable legal technology platform
• Experience supporting the full commercial contract lifecycle, including contract review, negotiation support, execution, and contract management
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience maintaining corporate records and supporting general legal operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise legal technology implementations
• Experience developing legal workflows, documentation, and training materials
• Familiarity with multi-state corporate compliance and licensing
• Experience within a complex corporate legal department

Pay

The annualized pay for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 or more when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
