  • Maintain platform configuration, support system integrations, and run recurring outside counsel spend reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years administrator-level experience on a corporate legal e-billing platform (Brightflag preferred)
  • Knowledge of outside counsel billing guidelines, LEDES invoice formats, and UTBMS task/activity codes, including the rejection, appeal, and resubmission cycle
  • Experience coordinating invoice and payment status across an accounts payable or ERP system (e.g., SAP, Ariba, PeopleSoft), tracing invoices from approval through payment
  • Experience with law firm onboarding and rate card administration, including annual timekeeper rate reviews
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build and validate reporting from platform data
  • Ability to reliably work East Coast business hours

Qualifications

  • Experience in a private equity or fund environment with complex, multifaceted cost allocation and reporting requirements
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Location: On-site (New York City)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 month engagement

Benefits
