The Legal-Litigation department at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking an experienced litigation attorney for their Nashville, Tennessee territory.

Responsibilities

• Defend litigation cases related to auto liability, premises liability, and other personal lines and commercial insurance civil litigation to a successful conclusion.
• Provide effective and timely communication and legal advice to clients on legal and factual issues.
• Partner with claims supervisors to achieve the best results.

Requirements

• Tennessee Law License
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Five or more years of litigation and trial experience
• Jury trial experience
• Insurance defense experience (strongly preferred)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities.
