Requirements

• LL.B. or LL.M.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in compliance or legal research.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory and government websites and portals.
• Good written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on applicable laws, rules, and regulations across various sectors.
• Prepare and update compliance checklists for clients and internal use.
• Monitor and track amendments, notifications, and circulars issued by relevant government and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of key regulatory portals and stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate compliance reporting.
