Legal Compliance Analyst
About the role
Leveraging Mastercard's global payments network, our account-to-account business provides domestic and cross-border solutions to enable the frictionless future of payments. We help our customers capture business and consumer payment flows through rich messaging functionality, connect and safeguard the Open Banking ecosystem, and protect banks and their customers from financial crime. Open Banking sits within Mastercard's Services team, one of the fastest growing areas of our business, which fuels growth by going beyond the core payments network to deliver solutions in Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Together, these offerings help our customers unlock new revenue, deepen consumer relationships, and navigate an increasingly complex digital economy. The Legal Compliance Analyst for Open Banking will support our Open Finance business across the Americas. As open banking continues to emerge globally, we need a compliance professional who can read and analyze new laws, translate them into risk assessments, and identify the controls needed to operate in this evolving space.
