Legal Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our in-house Legal team for LA Clippers, Intuit Dome, and Kia Forum, to assist in business and legal affairs for all day-to-day activities across all our corporate entities. The 2026 fall internship program is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA at Intuit Dome, running from approximately September 2026 through December 2026. Candidates must be based in the greater Los Angeles area and available at least 15 hours per week. Relocation, housing, or transportation assistance is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist the legal department in business and legal affairs for all day-to-day activities.
• Review, draft, and redline agreements with appropriate supervision.
• Manage and track the contract retention system.
• Perform general research on ongoing legal issues related to data privacy, copyright, employment law, state and local regulations, and other matters as needed.
• Review video and social media content for proper licensing and copyright use.
• Assist with other general business and legal affairs projects as requested.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and in good standing at an accredited law school.
• Must be a 3L (third-year law student).
• Required course: Contracts.
• Preferred courses: Copyright, Data Privacy.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn other basic computer programs.

Pay

$20.00 per hour. This role is classified as non-exempt.
