Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual)

About the role

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm.

Responsibilities

  • Interview prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.
  • Conduct primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit.
  • Evaluate prospective clients' claims to determine whether they align with the Firm’s areas of practice and experience.
  • Sign up new clients and secure their business.
  • Schedule initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates.
  • Enter client information for incoming and outgoing calls.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Spanish (required).
  • Excellent telephone speaking voice—direct, clear, and concise.
  • Empathetic, with the ability to build trust by demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation.
  • Strong negotiation and people skills, with consistent and effective communication.
  • Sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Driven, resilient, and persistent.
  • Hunger to succeed and grow.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment.
  • A natural salesperson, capable of persuading clients to sign with the Firm and handling all aspects of personal injury claims.
  • Enjoys phone interactions.
  • Fearless in going above and beyond for clients and the Firm.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor.

Pay

Compensation range: $55,000–$60,000 USD. The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on prior relevant experience, business needs, and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
