Legal Intake Coordinator - Personal Injury

Speaks Law Firm is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Coordinator to join our legal team. The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in the client onboarding process and contributes to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all clients. This role requires handling a high volume of phone calls. Must be able to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends from 5pm - 11pm. This is a remote position and candidates must currently reside in North Carolina. No recruiter emails or phone calls please. Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To Respond to all client inquiries by phone, email, chat, etc. in a timely manner Engage in warm and professional conversations with potential clientsBuild rapport, establish trust, and ensure clients feel heard and understood while walking them through the intake assessmentEffectively communicate the firm’s vision, mission, and core values to potential clientsSet up new client case files in CSMConfirm receipt of all relevant documents (i.e., legal documents, medical records, billing records, lien information)Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and information in our databaseAssist with documentation, data analysis, conversion rates, and client referralsResponsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and subsequent reportingProvide accurate and comprehensive information about the client and their case to facilitate efficient case managementAll other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associates degree or higher preferred; high school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required Minimum of one (1) year experience in a law firm preferably personal injury preferredBilingual Spanish a plusExperience with SmartAdvocate a plusIntermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook requiredAttention to detail and ability to multitask while handling a high volume of phone callsMust have a passion for customer service and advocating for our clients Compensation: The is a full-time hourly position starting at $19 depending on experience.
