Core Responsibilities

• Compare model-generated responses to legal prompts, determining which output demonstrates superior reasoning, accuracy, and client-readiness
• Analyze each model's reasoning process and provide clear, well-grounded written justifications for your evaluations
• Deliver structured feedback used by research teams to improve model performance on legal tasks
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency

Candidate Profile

• Holds a J.D., LL.B., LL.M., or equivalent law degree or equivalent professional legal experience
• Strong experience in legal practice or research across firm, in-house, government, or judiciary settings
• Strong experience in legal research and writing, including case-law analysis and statutory interpretation
• Strong written communication skills with a high degree of precision and attention to detail
