Core Responsibilities

• Review and annotate energy and real-property legal documents according to detailed guidelines
• Provide citation-backed legal determinations with supporting document references and clear explanations
• Apply consistent legal judgment across large volumes of documents and flag ambiguities for review
• Conduct quality checks on reviewer outputs and help resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with researchers to evaluate and improve model performance

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in real estate, energy, land use, or related transactional legal practice
• JD, paralegal qualification, or land/title professional background
• Active bar license in good standing for attorney-level roles
• Comfortable independently reviewing leases, easements, deeds, and similar legal instruments
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong legal citation and research skills
