Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to assigned attorneys.
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Draft, edit, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and legal documents.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems and manage confidential information with discretion.
- Cook up client communications and serve as a primary point of contact for administrative matters.
- Prepare and submit expense reports while assisting attorneys with time entry and billing deadlines.
- Partner with billing professionals to facilitate invoice review and timely client billing.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare reports and track administrative data.
- Collaborate with administrative colleagues and business services teams to ensure seamless support.
- Absorb assistance with special projects and other administrative initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Legal Executive Assistant or Legal Administrative Assistant experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys and balancing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor with outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
