We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it; never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: Department: Office Administration About Us: Ballard Spahr is a nationally recognized law firm with more than 750 lawyers across 19 offices in the United States. We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Ballard Spahr is an equal opportunity employer. We offer equal consideration to all qualified applicants, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, national origin, handicap or disability, citizenship, sex, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, transgender status, sex stereotyping, genetic information, ancestry, veteran status or any other category protected by applicable law. The firm is not accepting resumes from search firms for this position. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Ready to Grow with Us?" maybe it's application encouragement; but it's not boilerplate? It's a call to apply; we should remove application instructions. The instruction says: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the "Ready to Grow with Us? If you are ready to play a vital role..." paragraph as it's application encouragement. Also remove the EEO paragraph at end. Also remove "The firm is not accepting resumes from search firms for this position." That's also application instruction? Probably remove. We need to keep substantive info: Department, About Us, Why Join Us (Innovative Work Environment, Professional Development, Inclusion, Impactful Contributions), Your Role (list of duties), What We're Looking For (list of attributes), Required Experience (list), Salary range, Benefits statement. We need to decide sections: Could have About the role (maybe combine About Us and Why Join Us?), Responsibilities (Your Role), Requirements (What We're Looking For + Required Experience?), Qualifications (maybe combine), Skills (maybe not separate), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine some. We have schedule info: "This full-time position offers an initial in-office work schedule, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid arrangement over time." That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section. Pay: we have salary range. Benefits: we have statement about excellent benefits package and link. We need to avoid placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have actual salary range, good. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

    Schedule

This full-time position offers an initial in-office work schedule, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid arrangement over time.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We didn't include Job ID. We removed boilerplate. We kept all substantive info. We used

    for sections. We used
    • for lists. We used

for prose. Check if any duplicated lines removed: we removed EEO etc. Good. We might consider merging "About the role" and "Why Join Us" but we used About the role for About Us and initial description. Could also include Why Join Us content in About the role. But we omitted Why Join Us bullet points. Actually we omitted the "Why Join Us" section content (Innovative Work Environment, Professional Development, Inclusion, Impactful Contributions). That is substantive and should be included. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include that content somewhere. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "Why Join Us". But we have only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Why Join Us" could be part of About the role or maybe Qualifications? But it's about firm culture and benefits. Could be part of About the role. Let's incorporate those points into About the role paragraph. Thus About the role paragraph should include: Ballard Spahr description, plus innovative work environment, professional development, inclusion, impactful contributions. We'll rewrite About the
