About the role

An attorney supporting Amazon’s internal technology sourcing and IT teams within the Products Legal team, primarily focusing on enterprise-wide technology deals and emerging technologies like AI.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including hosted services, software licensing, and professional services contracts.
• Collaborate with business teams to develop and launch technology products and services.
• Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and oversee privacy, regulatory, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years legal experience, with a JD and bar membership.
• Experience in private practice or in-house at a technology company.
• Strong judgment, enthusiasm for technology, and ability to handle ambiguous situations.
• Preferred: experience in both corporate law firm and in-house roles.
