About the role

Provides legal support for Parkview Health primarily on contract drafting and negotiation. Provides legal advice for business transactions and legal support for transactional related matters. Provides legal advice on healthcare compliance issues as needed.

• Legal support for transactional related matters
• Advice on healthcare compliance issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and Law Degree
• Real estate experience preferred
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
• Healthcare law experience preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Broad knowledge of contract law
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership
