Major Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the GC/CCO, Deputy CCO, and Assistant General Counsels
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Prepare and distribute materials, including meeting agendas, summaries, and presentations
  • Anticipate needs and help the GC/CCO, Deputy CCO, and assistant general counsels prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Serve as a key point of contact and coordinator for the Legal and Compliance Department
  • Serve as liaison to other departments to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage the department’s invoice processing and vendor coordination
  • Cook up department-wide logistics, such as team meetings, training sessions, and communications
  • Maintain organized department records, templates, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables for the Legal and Compliance team
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate administrative and legal processes
  • Partner with Technology and Finance to identify, develop, and implement tools and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate and regulatory documents, filings, and policy updates
  • Support monitoring and reporting processes related to compliance requirements

What We Value

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Legal, Compliance, or Executive Assistant role within a financial institution, law firm, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, etc)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful; able to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a collaborative environment

Pay

The base salary of this role is anticipated to be between $100,000-$125,000. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will also be eligible to receive a discretionary year-end bonus.
