Legal Compliance Associate Analyst
Job Summary
This position is a temporary assignment. As a contractor, you’ll be employed by Magnit, not The Cigna Group or any subsidiaries of The Cigna Group.
About the Role
Contributes to the Compliance job family in a support capacity. Supports a large-scale, time-sensitive licensing initiative by preparing, completing, tracking, and submitting regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions. Ensures licensing activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements. Requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong compliance and regulatory mindset, project management skills, and collaborative abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and document management systems is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, complete, track, and submit regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of licensing activities.
- Manage complex documentation while balancing multiple deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Associate degree in paralegal or similar field.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and project management.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and document management systems.

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $22/hour - $28/hour.
