About the role
Harris Beach Murtha is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to support the firm’s attorneys and clients through the timely and accurate preparation, processing, and management of legal invoices. The role is 100% remote or based at any Harris Beach Murtha office in Connecticut (Bantam, Hartford, New Haven, Stamford), Massachusetts (Boston), or New York (Albany, Buffalo, Ithaca, Long Island, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, White Plains).

Responsibilities
- Distribute and process monthly prebills for assigned billing attorneys
- Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices,
