We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. We have sections: "About The Role" (already heading). Then "Your Mission" with bullet points. Then "Own the contract lifecycle end-to-end" etc. Then "Accelerate deal velocity". Then "Operate like an owner". Then "What We're Looking For" with non-negotiables list, mindset, bonus. Then "What Success Looks Like". Then "Why join us?" with bullet points. Then "Compensation Range: $70K - $90K". Also maybe "Hybrid working model — with offices in London, Antwerp, and New York". Also "Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside". Also "Step out of the law firm grind..." etc. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which content goes where. About the role: likely the paragraph after "About The Role". That includes description of role, scaling fast, etc. Responsibilities: bullet points from "Your Mission", "Own the contract lifecycle end-to-end", "Accelerate deal velocity", "Operate like an owner". Could combine. Requirements: maybe the non-negotiables list (experience, expertise, etc.) plus maybe "Mindset" could be Qualifications or Skills. Qualifications: maybe the "Bonus (not Required)"? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need separate headings only if content. Skills: maybe list of skills: proficiency with contract lifecycle tools, AI tools, communication, etc. Benefits: from "Why join us?" includes quarterly offsites, hybrid working model, competitive compensation, equity, offices, etc. Also "Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside". Also "Hybrid working model — with offices in London, Antwerp, and New York". Also "Step out of the law firm grind..." maybe not benefit. Pay: compensation range $70K - $90K. Schedule: maybe hybrid working model? But schedule maybe not explicit. Could be "Hybrid working model". That could be schedule. But we need to avoid placeholder. The posting says "Hybrid working model — with offices in London, Antwerp, and New York to collaborate in person". That's schedule/location. Could be Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Thus we can output:

About the role

Conveo is scaling fast — Fortune 500 clients, global contracts, high-stakes enterprise legal reviews. You'll interact with some of the world's biggest brands (Unilever, Google, P&G, Orange). The opportunity: own the legal and commercial operations that let Conveo scale without friction. As our Legal Associate, you will spend the majority of your time (~85%) building and running the contract lifecycle machine. The remaining time, you'll support the broader legal needs of the company — from data privacy to corporate matters — giving you real exposure to the full spectrum of in-house legal work at a scaling AI company. This is not a "review contracts when they land on your desk" role. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of: Deal velocity — remove legal as a bottleneck so revenue closes faster; Day-to-day legal support — contribute to the broader legal needs of the company, from privacy to corporate matters; AI-powered operations — build scalable legal processes leveraging AI tools — automate, systematize, and move faster than any traditional legal team; Operational excellence — build repeatable processes from scratch; Commercial enablement — arm sales with clean templates, fast execution, and clear guidance.

Then Responsibilities: list bullet points from Your Mission etc. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract responsibilities bullet points: From "Your Mission": - Support day-to-day legal operations - Work closely with the legal associate and operations team in the EU to build one legal machine across regions, and contribute to the wider legal function beyond contracts: - Advise internal teams on standard legal questions and risk management - Review and redline incoming documents hands-on — client paper, vendor agreements, partner terms — and turn them around fast with clear recommendations - Support data privacy compliance (DPAs, US state privacy laws, GDPR for international clients) and corporate legal hygiene as the company scales across jurisdictions - Coordinate with external counsel on tactical legal questions - Contribute to new legal challenges as they arise — this is a fast-growing company, so the scope will grow with you - You're the go-to legal voice internally — pragmatic, fast, and commercial. - Own the contract lifecycle end-to-end - You build a machine — powered by AI and automation — that handles: - MSAs, DPAs, order forms, amendments, and NDAs for enterprise and agency clients - Redlining and negotiation with client legal teams - Template maintenance so sales can self-serve on standard deals - A clean, trackable contract pipeline from first draft to signature - Your bar: fast execution, minimal back-and-forth, zero ambiguity. - Accelerate deal velocity - Legal is currently one of the longest stages in the pipeline. You fix that by: - Standardizing templates so 80% of deals close without custom negotiation - Building a redlining playbook so the team handles common pushbacks independently - Creating a fast-track process for smaller deals - Partnering with sales to pre-empt legal bottlenecks - Your goal: legal never holds up a deal again. - Operate like an owner - You measure yourself on: - Contracts closed - Time from verbal commit to signature halved - Deals unblocked - Templates standardized - Internal teams confident in legal guidance - You don't wait to be asked. You run the machine. We can flatten into
  • items. Requirements: Non-negotiables list: - 1-3 years of experience in commercial or technology law (in-house or top-tier firm) - Deep expertise in SaaS contracts: MSAs, DPAs, order forms, SOWs, NDAs - Working knowledge of US data privacy law (CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws) and familiarity with GDPR for international clients - Experience negotiating with enterprise legal teams - High agency: you identify legal risks and solve them before they become blockers - Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers - Comfortable building legal processes from scratch — templates, playbooks, workflows - Excellent written and verbal communication in English - Proficiency with contract lifecycle tools (e.g. Juro) and AI tools (e.g. Claude, Harvey, Legora) Mindset could be Qualifications or Skills. Let's treat Mindset as Qualifications. Qualifications (Mindset): - Business-minded: you understand that legal exists to enable growth, not block it - Pragmatic: you know when something needs to be airtight and when "good enough" is the right call - Low ego, high standards - Comfortable pushing for outcomes (without being annoying) - Can handle ambiguity and still ship consistently - Thinks in systems and leverage — you build once so the team can use it forever Skills: maybe we already covered proficiency with tools etc. Could separate: Skills: Proficiency with contract lifecycle tools (Juro) and AI tools (Claude, Harvey, Legora); Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance; etc. But we already have those in Requirements. Might be redundant. Better to keep Requirements as experience/expertise, and Skills as technical/tool proficiency and communication. Let's decide: Requirements: experience, expertise, knowledge, negotiating experience, high agency, ability to translate concepts, comfort building processes. Skills: Proficiency with contract lifecycle tools (Juro) and AI tools (Claude, Harvey, Legora); Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Qualifications: Mindset items. Benefits: from "Why join us?" includes: - Join a team that genuinely enjoys working, spending time together; quarterly team offsites where we disconnect, reset, and have fun. - Step out of the law firm grind into a high-impact, high-autonomy role at a hyper-growth AI company - Build and own Conveo's legal operations as we grow - Direct exposure to and working with founders and senior leadership - Work with world-class enterprise clients (Unilever, Google, P&G, Orange, and more) - Help define how AI-powered research becomes the global default - Competitive compensation with meaningful equity upside - Hybrid working model — with offices in London, Antwerp, and New York to collaborate in person - A culture built on taste, speed, ownership, and ambition We can list these as bullet points. Pay: Compensation Range: $70K - $90K. Schedule: Hybrid working model (maybe also mention offices). Could be schedule: Hybrid working model — with offices in London, Antwerp, and New York to collaborate in person. We need to avoid duplication: Benefits already includes hybrid working model; but schedule could be separate. However we might combine schedule into Benefits? But we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content for it. We have both benefits and pay and schedule. If we put hybrid working model in both Benefits and Schedule, that's duplication. Better to put hybrid working model under Schedule, and keep other benefits under Benefits. Thus Benefits: quarterly offsites, high-impact role, build and own legal operations, exposure to founders, work with enterprise clients, help define AI-powered research, competitive compensation with equity upside, culture built on taste, speed, ownership, ambition. Schedule: Hybrid working model — with offices in London, Antwerp, and New York to collaborate in person. Pay: Compensation Range: $70K - $90K. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. We must not include markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft. Check for any repeated lines: Ensure we don't repeat same content. We'll produce:
