About the role
Klinedinst PC's Seattle office seeks a legal assistant with at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation. The ideal candidate will have an intricate knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures, solid e-filing and calendaring experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with lawyers and other team members to ensure client success.
- Maintain meticulous records and manage case files efficiently.
- Assist with drafting documents and preparing for court appearances.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant court rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal assistant in civil litigation.

Pay & Schedule
Pay range: $37.98 - $41.83 per hour, determined based on geographic location, experience, and skillset. Onsite attendance required for the first 180 days, with opportunities for hybrid working arrangements when eligible.
