Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, arranging meetings and travel, and ensuring the legal team is aware of upcoming deadlines.
- Assist with preparing legal documents and contracts.
- Perform any other tasks as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently.
Requirements

- Smile when answering the phone.
- Be an amazing scheduler.
- Be very good with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and the internet.

- Embrace innovation and the use of technology to make jobs easier.
- Be proficient with Word and basic case management.
- Respect the firm's policies and procedures and speak up with ideas to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Be able to change gears quickly, think on one's feet, and make smart decisions.
- Be detail-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is done right the first time.
- Practice empathy and compassion in the family law field, understanding that clients are going through tough times.
- Be a team player, working collaboratively with other staff members and scheduling work around internal and client deadlines.
