Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with lawyers and other team members in a fast-paced environment
- Develop working relationships within a team
- Handle federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures with strong litigation background
- Manage e-filing and calendaring
- Organize and communicate effectively
- Show dedication to excellence in legal services

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a legal assistant in civil litigation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-starting and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Intricate knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures
- Strong litigation background
- Experience with e-filing and calendaring

Pay
Pay range: $38 - $42.31 per hour. Pay will be determined based on the geographic location, applicable experience, and skill set of the candidate. We provide support in a friendly, team-oriented environment that allows for immediate responsibility and growth potential.
Schedule
The role requires regular attendance to the office for the first 180 days, though as a dynamic culture we embrace opportunities for hybrid working arrangements when eligible.
