Job Requirements High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one (1) year of related office experience Knowledge of Elkhart County courts system and operations, including laws and legal terminology, administrative regulations, and official court policies and practices Knowledge of standard English grammar, spelling, punctuation and ability to type with speed and accuracy; ability to prepare pleadings, petitions, and related correspondence Pre-employment background check and drug screen Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
