About the role

A trusted, long-standing full-service Texas law firm seeks a skilled legal assistant with general civil litigation experience to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting 2-3 Attorneys
  • Frequent communication with clients
  • Manage Calendars
  • E-Filing
  • Maintain confidential records

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years Legal Admin/Assistant experience at a mid-size law firm
  • Support multiple attorneys, general civil litigation
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, e-filing and immigration forms software
  • Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also able to work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills
