Legal Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
- Address environmental compliance, complex construction contracts, real estate acquisitions, licensing, vendor contracts, risk mitigation, and database management.
- Provide administrative and office support for the attorneys and other company executives.
- Manage a diverse workload with competing deadlines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A good attitude and work ethic with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management.
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior work experience in a legal setting required.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
Essential Physical Demands:
- Sit for long periods of time.
- Occasional light physical effort.
