About the role
As a Legal Assistant, you will support the legal team in various administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling meetings, and preparing legal briefs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize legal documents and files
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and attorneys
- Prepare legal briefs and research relevant case law
- Handle correspondence and maintain client records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a legal environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with legal software tools is a plus
