Responsibilities
- Aid attorneys by performing complex secretarial and clerical duties such as word processing, document production, meeting coordination, and client communication.
- Interact with colleagues and clients at all levels, handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Create, organize, and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Prepare and proofread documents, manage mail and email, and submit necessary paperwork.
- Support attorneys in managing their calendars and deadlines, anticipating and preparing necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in an office/legal setting is beneficial, particularly in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $51,600 to $117,500, with the actual offer contingent upon experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
