Legal Assistant
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file legal documents through both e-filing and traditional filing methods
- Draft complaints and other legal pleadings
- Aid with foreclosure, HOA, and eviction matters
- Support probate and estate planning matters, including document preparation
- Maintain case files and assist attorneys with administrative and legal support tasks
Qualifications
- Previous legal experience (including legal internships or junior paralegal roles) preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Notary Public certification is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay
The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This position will begin on a part-time schedule of 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM, with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours at the end of July.
