Legal Administrative Assistant, Employment Litigation

Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to a team of attorneys, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.
- Manage data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Absorb and organize case files, including organizing and indexing legal documents.
- Use legal software to manage case information, track time, and generate reports.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
- Participate in team meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items as necessary.
- Cook with other departments to gather and exchange information as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or paralegal role, within a legal environment.
- Previous experience supporting labor and employment attorneys with a focus on litigation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related legal field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong data entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with legal documentation and report preparation.
- Familiarity with legal management software, like iManage, HotDocs, Aderant, Clio, and InTapp are preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
