About the Role
The School of Business at Rutgers University-Camden is accepting applications for Lecturers (formerly Part Time Lecturers) for the Fall 2025 term (and possibly beyond). We are seeking qualified candidates for courses which are offered face-to-face at our Camden location and fully online. The disciplines include: -Digital Content Creation (Social Media) -Business Communications -Information Systems (Introduction and Project Management) -Marketing Research -Human Resources -Accounting
Responsibilities
- Build his/her own, or modify the existing, syllabus;
- Vet the current textbook;
- Plan lectures;
- Design assessments;
- Organize the course within Canvas, Rutgers’s Learning Management System;
- Check for student questions daily and respond within 24 hours;
- Make weekly announcements regarding course content and upcoming deadlines;
- Provide timely feedback on student work;
- Facilitate student interactions;
- Offer virtual office hours as needed;
- Comply with grade submission policies and deadlines.
